Out Terms & Conditions

Reservations:
A valid credit card must be submitted to secure a reservation. When making a reservation online, a 6% non-refundable deposit will be charged, via a secure site, to your credit card. When making a telephone reservation a 10% non refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card to secure the booking. We regret that American Express incurs a 3.5% surcharge and we do not accept Diners Cards.

Cancellations:
Should you wish to cancel all or part of your reservation, Vintners Retreat will charge for the cancellation as stipulated hereunder:
When cancelled, 10% of the entire booking will be charged.
When cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival 25% of the entire booking will be charged.
When cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival 100% of the entire booking will be charged.

It is acknowledged that if the failure to arrive was caused by cancellation or delay of public transport, or other causes not attributable to the guest’s responsibility, the cancellation charge will not be imposed.

Check in and check out times:
Check in is after 2:00pm. If you think you will arrive after 8:00pm please let us know.

Our check out time is 10:00am. Late check outs are discretionary, must be arranged with Management the evening before departure, and may incur a fee. During our busier times we regret we may not be able to facilitate a late check out.

Reception hours:
Reception hours are 7.30am till 8.00pm daily. If arriving outside of these hours please contact Vintners Retreat during office hours to make arrangements for a late check in.

Arranging Bedding Configurations:
The beds in our Villas are configured as Super Kings by default. We are happy to arrange your beds to suit your needs as Super King singles, however should you not specify your bedding configuration at the time of booking, and need to change the bedding configuration on arrival, a charge of $50 per bed split will be added to your bill.

Staying in the Villas:
Excessive or unacceptable cleaning required upon departure will be charged to your Credit Card. Any damage you cause to a Villa during your stay will also be charged to your Credit Card.

Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside any of the Villas at Vintners Retreat. Should you smoke inside the Villas, $200 will be charged to your credit card. You are welcome to smoke outside your Villa, and ashtrays are provided.

Pets and animals:
Sorry, we do not allow pet or animals to stay at Vintners Retreat.
