The Marlborough Food and Wine Festival
Marlborough Wine & Food Festival, held each year in February.
The next festival will be Saturday 12th February 2022, at the Renwick Domain.
Every year Marlborough hosts a fantastic celebration of the best our region is famous for – food and wine! The town and its surrounds become very busy during this weekend so planning ahead is essential. This coming year the Festival is on the 12th of February, 2022.
Set in the Renwick Domain, the festival opens at 10:30 and closes at 6:00pm. The entertainment goes all day, and wine sales finish at 5:30pm. The festival features over 40 Marlborough wineries, and to sustain you during the day are over 20 foodie stalls including in the past local favourites like Hans Herzog Estate, Cloudy Bay Clams, Kaikoura Cheese Company and CPR Coffee - should you need a mid-festival caffeine hit!
There are cooking demonstrations throughout the day in the Culinary Pavilion, and entry to the Pavilion is free to all festival ticket holders. Previous years the skills and talents of Peter Gordon, Annabelle White, Nici Wickes, Michael Meredith and Bradley Hornby have all shared their knowledge.
For your entertainment there are two stages, the Main Stage and the Acoustic Stage. Past acts have included Ladi 6, Black Seeds, Stellar, Summer Thieves, Fat Freedys Drop, NZ All Stars, Sweet Mix Kids, Katchafire and many other top Kiwi artists.

Was a Fabulous Retreat to stay at. Very close to wineries, for tastings and meals The 3 bedroom villa was great for the 6 of us. Really roomy and set out superbly. Lovely and clean and the check in service etc was great

We stayed 2 nights in a large group, staying in 2 of the three bedroom lodges. The views over the vineyards to the mountains were lovely and the rooms very comfortable, clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we barbecued both nights, feeding 12 with ease. Mike the manager...
